The Add User wizard will take you through the process of creating a VPOP3 User account. To get to this wizard, go to the Users page and press New.
The only information which is required for making a new user account are the Username and Password details. The rest of the information is optional.
The Username is normally the part of the person's email address before the @ character in their email address.
The Password is used for any login requests by this user, eg for collecting mail, sending mail through an authenticated SMTP connection, logging on to WebMail, or, in the case of an administrator, logging into the VPOP3 settings.
The Comments box lets you specify administrator comments for this user.
The administrator can define a Welcome Message which can optionally be sent to new users as they are added. You can clear the Send Welcome message to new user box if you don't wish this new user to receive the welcome message.
