You can define the assistant for this user here if you wish. You can set it to None for no assistant, Local User to allow you to select the assistant from a list of local users, or Remote User to allow you to type in an external email address.
The Only send messages to the assistant box lets you tell VPOP3 that messages to this user should only be sent to the assistant, and not be put into this user's mailbox as well (unless the message was sent by the assistant in the first place)
The Forwarding address lets you specify an email address that all messages to this user will be forwarded to. If this is used, then messages will NOT be left in this user's mailbox as well.
