We often get asked to recommend services which we can't provide ourselves. So, here are a few of the services we recommend, along with links (and referral codes so we get a bit of commission)

Melbourne Server Hosting - we use this company for hosting our servers (web, DNS, mail etc) in their data centre. We've found them to be very reliable, friendly, efficient and professional, as well as reasonably priced for what they offer. If server hardware fails (as it will), then they replace it quickly and with good communication and coordination.

Zen Internet - we use this company for our main broadband connection at our offices. They aren't the cheapest provider, but are much more reliable than the other big broadband providers we've experienced, as well as being friendly and competent. If you're fed up of unreliability and poor service from one of the big ISPs in the UK, try Zen.

giffgaff - this is a pay-as-you-go mobile phone network in the UK. They use the O2 network, and are very reasonably priced. Their £10 'goody bag' (bundle) is excellent value - 250 any network minutes (per month), unlimited texts, unlimited internet (but no tethering), unlimited calls to other giffgaff numbers (and calls to 0800 numbers are free, unlike most networks).
