This method uses an ISP's SMTP server to distribute all your outgoing mail.
In the SMTP Relay Server to use box, enter the name of your ISP's SMTP mail server
In the SMTP Relay Server authentication section and Username and Password boxes, enter any authentication information your ISP may have provided for connecting to their SMTP mail server (this is optional, most ISPs don't require SMTP authentication)
Press Finish to create the new Connection and OutMail methods.
